- Restaurant Managers earn 2200-2750 AED monthly
- South Indian Cooks: 2000-2300 AED monthly
- North Indian Cooks: 2000-2500 AED monthly
- Tea Makers: 1800-2200 AED monthly
- Porotta Makers: 1800-2200 AED monthly
- Restaurant Captains: 1700-2000 AED monthly
- Restaurant Waiters: 1500-1700 AED monthly
- Included: Food, accommodation, and transportation at no cost to employees
- Selection Method: Walk-in interview process
- Interview Dates: 4th and 5th August 2026 in Kochi
- Note: Experience in Kerala cuisine preparation is preferred
