- Experience: Minimum 3 years in India or 2 years in the Gulf construction sector
- Age: Between 25 and 40 years
- Passport: ECR or ECNR both eligible
- Language Skills: Basic English (speaking, reading, writing required)
- Health: Must be physically fit and prepared to work in diverse weather
