Available Positions – Qatar Short Term Project
These openings are for a 9-month short-term oil and gas project in Qatar. All applicants must have 3 to 5 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance or shutdown work. The vacancies listed in the advertisement include the following categories:
- Fitter – Tray – QAR 1100–1300
- Fabricator – Sheet Metal – QAR 1300–1600
- Technician – Hydrotest – QAR 1300–1500
- Fitter – Hydrotest – QAR 1300–1500
- Fitter – Structural – QAR 1100–1400
- Fitter – Pipe – QAR 1200–1500
- Fabricator – Structural – QAR 1300–1600
Job Requirements
Since the project involves oil and gas maintenance, candidates must be skilled in their respective trade with hands-on expertise. Hydrotest fitters and technicians should be familiar with pressure test equipment, line checking and safety procedures. Sheet metal and structural fabricators must know fabrication drawings and accurate cutting and welding. Pipe fitters must handle pipe alignment, supports, fabrication knowledge and test preparation.
All categories require:
- 3–5 years experience in oil & gas
- Ability to read drawings
- Good safety awareness
- Willingness to work under project deadlines
