Key Responsibilities (examples)
- Mechanical/Static Supervisors & Foremen: plan daily shutdown activities, allocate manpower, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with QC and client, and close punch points.
- Permit Receiver / Trainee Engineer: obtain and manage permits, interface with operations, and maintain documentation.
- Standby Man/Fire Watch: monitor confined/hot work areas, maintain logs, and keep firefighting equipment ready.
- Welders & Pipe Fabricators: fabrication, fit-up, welding in 3G/4G/6G positions as per WPS, visual checks.
- Technicians (BA-N2/BA): support nitrogen activities, leak tests, vessel entry safety, and line isolation checks.
- Bundle Puller Operator: heat-exchanger bundle pulling/installation with safe rigging practices.
