Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in the relevant trade.
- Preferred age: 25–40 years.
- Ability to communicate in basic English (verbal and written).
- Valid passport and readiness to mobilize after selection.
Role Expectations & Skills
- Thermal Insulator Foreman: crew supervision for pipe/tank/duct insulation, daily allocation, quality checks, material control, safety toolbox talks, coordination with QA/QC and planning teams.
- Thermal Insulator (Pipe): measurement and cutting of insulation (mineral/rockwool, calcium silicate, foam), banding and cladding, vapor barrier application, finishing to spec, scaffolding and hot-work awareness.
- Metal Sheet Fitter (Pipe): fabrication and fixing of aluminum/SS cladding for insulated lines, layout marking, rolling and beading, sealing, and weatherproof finishing as per drawings.
